Cool air will linger over the region Thursday, dropping temperatures by about 5° over yesterday and bringing a few clouds through at times.
Enough instability will be in the atmosphere today to warrant a chance of some afternoon showers and storms in the mountains, though valley locations should stay dry, though breezy and cool.
Friday will see temps climb a bit and while there's a slim chance of a shower or two around the valley, conditions tomorrow should be pleasant overall.
The warmth from the start of the week starts re-building just in time for the 3-day holiday weekend! Temperatures will be up near 80° by Saturday, near 90L for Memorial Day, and into the low 90s by mid-week!
